– No minimum investment requirement.
– Spouse and children can be included in the visa application.
– Spouse can apply for work permit.
– Children can attend schools in the U.S.
– Can be applied concurrently with EB-5 Investor Program or National Interest Waiver Green Card.
– Applicant must come from one of the Treaties countries.
– Unlike EB-5 or L visa, E visa does not lead to a U.S. residency (green card) but it can be renewed indefinitely.
