Natalia Curto is our experienced senior Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on Removal Proceedings and Deportation Defense, Humanitarian-based immigration such as Defensive Asylum, U visa, VAWA and T visa; family and marriage immigration, fiancée visas and complexed Naturalization cases. With licenses to practice law in the United States, Italy, and Argentina, Natalia brings a wealth of legal expertise to Cipolla Law Group.
Originally starting her career as an Italian Immigration attorney in Italy, Natalia represented foreign corporations, employees, investors, and individuals with immigration matters in both Italy and South America. Her dedication to immigration law led her to the U.S., where she practiced as a U.S. immigration attorney in a boutique law firm in Chicago. In this role, Natalia assisted clients with work visas, green cards, family and humanitarian immigration matters.
Ms. Curto is multilingual and is able to provide assistance to our Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian speaking clients, ensuring their immigration needs are met with the utmost care.
