What is a TN Visa?
A TN visa is a non-immigrant visa for Mexicans and Canadian citizens. Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Mexicans and Canadians are permitted to come to the United States on a TN status to engage in certain professional activities as defined by the NAFTA. THe activities as defined by NAFTA must be at a professional level, requiring at least a college degree or appropriate credentials.

Differences between TN and H1B visa
