| H3 Visa (Work Visa For Temporary Trainees) The H3 Visa is for individuals who have been invited to participate in a training program. The training may be offered by a United States Branch of their own Company, or by a non-affiliated United States Company. There are no limits to the amount of available H3 Visas.
