| H2A Visa (Temporary Agricultural Worker) - Overview The Immigration and Nationality Act permits persons “having a residence in a foreign country…coming temporarily to the United States to perform agricultural labor or services” to obtain a H2A Visa. There are no limits to the amount of available H2A Visas available, which are valid up to one year and may be renewable for a total of 3 years.
